When do I get charged?

Your subscription starts as soon as you complete checkout. Your card is charged on the same date each month (or year, if you chose annual).

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel any time. Your site stays live to the end of the billing period you've paid for. No exit fees, no lock-in.

Can I add or remove AEO later?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your customer portal, or drop us a note and we'll handle it.

Will I get a tax invoice?

Yes. Stripe emails a GST tax invoice on every payment, with our ABN on it.
